We are looking for several Field Service Technician candidates in the Southwest U.S. Technicians in the AZ, CA, and TX regions are preferred. We do not require experience in the field; qualified candidates will undergo comprehensive training by our VP of Technical Operations and Senior Field Service Technicians. Successful candidates will absorb incremental responsibilities as they advance through the training while exhibiting passion to learn and drive to succeed. The core responsibilities for this role will be actively performing preventative and reactive/ unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing and verifying system communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and passion to learn.
• Basic AC and DC electricity courses or skills.
• 2-year technical college degree/ technical schooling or certification.
• Flexible and proficient in a fast-paced environment where time management and efficiency are key.

+ Service Commercial Tires including dismounting and mounting any type of tire.

+ Train to perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.

+ Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.

+ Determine repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.

+ Remove tires for retreading or repair as needed.

+ Properly execute required service ticket to submit to management.

· Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts.

· Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations, providing efficient and reliable repair services to minimize downtime for our clients.

· Collaborate with other team members to coordinate installations, upgrades, and system modifications as required.

· Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future repairs or upgrades.

· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

**Work Schedule**

Normal compressed work week, with modified hours. Scheduled to work 9 hours but have a one-hour unpaid break/meal period. This means candidates will work 32 to 40 hours on a 4-day week. See Examples below…

**Shift A** : Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Shift starts at 4:30am and ends at 1:30 pm.

**Shift B** : Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Shift starts at 12:30 pm and ends at 9:30 pm.

**Shift C** : Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Shift starts at 4:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm.

**Shift D** : Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Shift starts at 11 am and ends at 11 pm.

**Duty time:** Mon – Sun 0400 – 1300 (1 hour break) / 1230 – 2130 (1 hour break)

• Duty headcount: Shifts A and C, 0400-1300 / 8 persons. Shifts B and D, 1230 – 2130 / 6 persons. Divided evenly across the respective shifts.

• Modified A, B, C, D shift = 9hrs, 1 hr. unpaid lunch.
