**About the Role**
We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Delivery Commercial Operations team as the Sales Strategy, Planning and Operations Manager for Direct. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and building creative solutions to our most complex problems. The Sales Strategy & Planning Manager partners closely with the Direct General Manager to assist in driving rhythm of business, predictability in reporting, business planning, quota setting, segmentation, book of business design and more.
This role could be a fit if you have deep experience analyzing business trends, devising local GTM strategies and developing and leading growth initiatives. We are looking for a professional with deep GTM planning expertise, broad technical skills, strong financial acumen and analytical background. This role will assist GMs in optimizing their business, creating efficiencies, strategic advantages, and leading cross-functional projects. It will also drive the design of business requirements documents for improvements to our organizational tooling and processes, as well as design and execute experiments to drive growth or efficiencies.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead the definition of the evolution, management, integration and implementation of sales support systems and processes to meet the rapid growth of the business.
+ Manage the development of continuously evolving forecast models using cutting edge methodologies.
+ Develop a book of business, set quotas, design account coverage plans, and optimize plans for business growth.
+ Own quantitative analysis of the performance of the sales teams
+ Manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business cadences
+ Develop and nurture strong relationships with sales, leadership, finance, HR, Strategy & Planning, deal desk and other stakeholders
+ Lead special projects in and outside of their segment and territory.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5 years supporting a divisional Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or GTM Operations function with 100 AMs or AEs
+ Experience in multiple organizational functions including reporting and analytics, sales forecasting, quota setting, segmentation, operations, etc.
+ Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
+ Deep expertise with MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Slides, Salesforce or other CRM tools
+ Bachelor's degree
**Preferred Qualifications**

For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year. **What you will do:**

Certified Welder - 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11 pm - 7 am)
Position Summary:
Performs a wide range of routine to complex manual, automatic and/or semiautomatic welds utilizing a variety of equipment on high temperature and high strength metal alloys, as specified by blueprints, layouts, welding procedures, and work instructions. Includes welding on commercial and military fabrications. In a team environment, work to develop processes, procedures, and tooling necessary to effectively weld completed assemblies.
Responsibilities:
Following established procedures, responsibilities may include some or all the following:
+ Properly set up and operate manual and automatic welding systems per work instructions and good welding practices.
+ Positions and adjusts fixtures, attachments, or workpiece on machine, using visual acuity, hand tools and measuring devices.
+ Adjust, within procedural limits, to fine-tune the process to achieve conformance standards.
+ Read and understand product and process drawings, procedures, weld symbols, and quality requirements.
+ Performs proper pre-weld cleaning and handling of parts.
+ Inspects hardware to ensure specifications are met, by visual inspection and measuring devices.
+ Maintain a high level of performance while following appropriate procedures and observing all pertinent safety rules and requirements.
+ Maintain work area and equipment in an organized, clean, and FOD-free manner.
+ Obtain and maintain all required qualifications and certifications in all appropriate metals.
+ Ability to perform set-up and troubleshooting of weld equipment.
+ Understand general and weld specific safety issues.
+ Provide guidance to less experienced welders as necessary.
+ Assist with skill development, safety, and other training of welders.
+ Work with Engineering as needed to develop weld processes and resolve weld issues.
+ Troubleshoot all weld equipment working in a team environment to maintain operational needs.
Qualifications:
+ HS diploma or equivalent.
+ At least 8+ years of welding or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities.
+ Able to become certified to AWS D17.1.2001.
+ Able to read and understand product and process drawings, procedures, weld symbols and quality requirements.
+ Must demonstrate manual dexterity.
+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
+ Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
+ Working knowledge of machine shop mathematics.
+ Must demonstrate effective English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
