**Area Description**
The Network Engineering team is responsible for planning, designing, and operating our fiber network at scale ensuring a robust and reliable service.
**Role Description**
As a lead of the team, you have a direct impact on design and feature enhancements to keep our systems running smoothly. You also ensure that network operations are safe and efficient by monitoring network performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting hardware components and responding to network connectivity issues. GFiber's complex network generates a constant stream of challenges which require you to continually be innovative with an evolving set of technologies.
**In this role, you'll:**
+ Manage the design, permitting, and network deployment to Single Family Units (SFUs), Multi Dwelling Units (MDUs), and Single Business Units (SBUs).
+ Develop and grow the OSP Engineering team.
+ Vendor management of Engineering Design and QA/QC resources ensuring GFiber Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network standards and expectations are followed.
+ Support GFiber Outside Plant (OSP) Construction and Operations teams to coordinate Central Office (CO) planning, material selection, project execution, change management, proactive/reactive relocation events, and financial performance against targets.
+ Facilitate address serviceability process alongside cross-functional stakeholders & foster key municipal relationships to support consistent plus predictable permit reviews/approvals. Will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore/evaluate dark fiber lease opportunities.
+ Establish and manage positive vendor relationships through effective facilitations and communication.
**At a minimum we'd like you to have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in managing large, multi-faceted, outside plant projects, fiber to the Home (FTTH), or outside plant engineering projects.
+ Experience in inside and outside plant fiber optic network infrastructure, engineering design and construction.
+ Experience working cross-functionally to manage the designs and build scalable construction, installation, and support processes.
+ Experience working with municipalities managing right-of-way, construction permitting, and coordinating work schedules to meet intermediate and completion milestones.
+ Experience with Make Ready Engineering practices, including NESC, NEC, or GO-95 (CA only) clearances and GIS (Geographic Information Systems), ESRI, and shapefile functionality.
**It's preferred if you have:**
+ 10 years of experience in managing large, highly-complex, outside plant projects, FTTH or outside plant engineering projects.
+ 5 years of experience managing and leading teams of more than 5 people.
+ Contract or vendor management experience, including defining scope of work and quality control.
+ Experience with aerial and underground construction projects, including knowledge of outside plant equipment and materials.
+ Capital budget management experience.
+ Experience analyzing fiber test results and auditing projects for compliance within scopes of work.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $154,000 - $169,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.

As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be assigned to support F-35 organizational maintenance at **MCAS Yuma, AZ** .
**Your duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**
+ You will perform Maintenance, Repair, Launch, and Recovery activities on F-35 aircraft.
+ You will ensure aircraft are in exceptional mechanical condition and safe for flight by performing maintenance, inspections, and servicing requirements on all aircraft systems in accordance with JTD and all applicable program and service guidance.
+ You will perform and/or assist with Field-Level Modifications and TCTD maintenance actions.
+ You will assist with OJT training for team members and partner aircraft maintenance personnel.
+ You will maintain and update aircraft records and status within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of ALIS.
+ You will keep the production staff updated on aircraft status.
+ You will perform other duties as assigned by the Aircraft Maintenance Manager.
+ You will use your training, knowledge, and experience to obtain special certifications (example: confined space, borescope, etc.) as locally required.
**Maintenance tasks include** :
+ Configuring aircraft for modifications, removal and installation of attaching hardware, component removal and installations, assistance with software uploads, various system operational checkouts, and egress system maintenance.
**Technical requirements include** :
+ Fault isolation, troubleshooting, and repair of system failures detected during operational checks associated with modifications and restoration of aircraft to flying condition subsequent to accomplishment of modifications and maintenance. Interprets and uses various test equipment and works from wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, job guides, and maintenance manuals.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ **Aircraft Mechanic 3** : High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years of mechanical/aircraft airframe/power plants/turboprop/egress/avionics and/or crew chief experience.
+ **Aircraft Mechanic 4** : High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years of mechanical/aircraft airframe/power plants/turboprop/egress/avionics and/or crew chief experience.
+ **A current Secret Clearance (or higher).**
+ **Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.**
+ Ability to obtain Collateral Duty Inspector Qualification within 18 months of position start date.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical data and blueprint drawings.
+ **You must be able to depart on temporary duty assignments— on short notice. The individual will practice good housekeeping and follow safety procedures and ensure both programs are enforced** .

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ US Navy or Marine Corps CDI, Air Force 5 or 7 Level, or equivalent Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Certification.
+ 6 or more years F-22 or F-35 Airframes and/or Crew Chief Experience.
+ U. S. Navy or U. S. Marine Corps experience with thorough understanding of F-35 Fighter Aircraft Systems and operations under COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and 4790.35.
+ F-135 Power plant engine run certification, F-35 avionics systems, fighter aircraft crew escape systems (i.e., canopy and ejection seat), experience in structural repairs and low observable system maintenance are highly desirable.
