Primary Responsibilities:
+ Performs all-position MIG welding to join steel and aluminum metals from 1/16”- to 1”-thick plate
+ Interprets and carries out work orders, blueprints, sketches and verbal instructions
+ Clamp parts into jigs or holding fixtures
+ Cleans burrs, spatter and weld flux from assemblies
+ Hand-count material for inventory purposes
+ Wears and maintains protective clothing and equipment including a welding helmet, welding gloves, cotton clothing, safety glasses and steel-toe safety shoes
+ Follows all safety practices during assembly and production operations and ensures that work areas are maintained in a safe, clean and orderly manner
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Successfully complete a plant-administered welding test.

Work Environment:

**JOB SUMMARY**
Our Patient Service Technicians positively impact the lives of patients each and every day by delivering medical equipment to them in their home. Patient Service Technicians provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond to communicate product information, provide solutions and ensure understanding of relevant details so that patients feel comfortable operating their equipment.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Load and unload medical equipment, oxygen and supplies onto and off of delivery vehicles.
+ Deliver medical equipment to homecare patients; including, setting up the equipment, instructing patients on the basic use of the equipment and assisting patients in solving problems regarding equipment use. Will also pick up medical equipment.
+ Ensure patients do not suffer service failures by proactively communicating estimated arrival times with patients and/or family members.
+ Complete daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms, reimbursement documents and vehicle maintenance logs via paper or electronic means (cell phone and/or iPad).
+ Perform routine vehicle maintenance and daily inspections including the checking of gasoline, oil fluids, tire pressure and brakes. Responsible for reporting any issues or malfunctions to leadership.
+ Respond to critical situations as appropriate, during regular business hours and on an on-call basis.

The Patient Service Technician is responsible for delivering and picking up equipment from homecare patients.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Delivers and picks up equipment from homecare patients. Sets up equipment and instructs patients on the basic use of equipment. Assists patients in solving problems regarding equipment use.

This position reports to our Advanced NDT Services Manager.
Responsibilities/Duties:
+ Perform PAUT, Eddy Current, and API inspections in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
+ Work alongside certified technicians to help complete projects and learn activities.
+ Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which qualified, and exercise assigned responsibility for OJT and guidance of trainees.
+ Interface with personnel to determine scope of work and work priorities to meet customer expectations.
+ Help clean and organize equipment before, during, and at the completion of projects.
+ Be able to prepare written instructions and to organize and report the results of examinations.
+ Work independently and support team members.
+ Perform other job-related tasks as needed and assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a two-year associates degree in nondestructive testing or five plus years' experience with specific advanced NDT training. Desired certifications include:
+ NDT PAUT Level II or Level III UTSW
+ NDT Eddy Current Level II or Level III
+ NDT Level I or II Guided Wave
+ MFL 40-hour Certificate
+ API 510, 570, 653
+ Level II VT, UT, RT, MT, PT, LT
Applicants must meet the minimum requirements in the applicable NDT method(s), provide documentation of education, training, and experience; have a working knowledge of industrial environments and general manufacturing processes; ability to effectively communicate with other departments, and customers to report issues and solve problems.

Work Conditions:
+ Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
