    Zoom Video Communications is hiring a Payments Senior Product Manager to drive eCommerce solutions for zoom.us, including but not limited to payment expansion, optimizing payment processing and fraud mitigation as well as vendor assessment and management.     About the Team

    The eCommerce team is responsible for supporting new product introductions, supporting and optimizing online checkout, and increasing online revenue overall. You will report directly to the Online Group Manager within the Online Business organization for Zoom. The team consists of product managers supported by legal, FP&A, data science, design and engineering counterparts. We work in a Scrum Methodology to deliver web features and improvements in monthly releases.

    About the Role

    As a Payments Senior Product Manager (SPM) you'll help deliver the roadmap for eCommerce Payments across mobile and desktop devices, and international markets. You will wear multiple hats in this role; it’s important to have a background in payments, fraud, tokenization, and authentication technology, including the system integrations (payment processors, payment aggregators, third party services) that support these.

    You'll work in a cross-functional team, with your manager, Global Payments, legal, engineering, product, marketing, and leadership teams to create a seamless and scalable digital payment infrastructure that drives company growth. This candidate will work cross-functionally to understand how platforms need to evolve to enhance product offerings, promotion, and integration capabilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Lead the creation of the payments roadmap, execute initiatives, fraud mitigation, product vision, features, and designs.

    + Oversees the successful completion of simultaneous complex projects that can involve many systems (ie. Stripe, Cybersource, Adyen, Zuora, Salesforce).

    + Experience working with Payment Gateways and Alternate Payment Methods is highly preferred

    + Defining business requirements, facilitating UX design, assessing new third-party vendors and their integrations

    + Works with technology partners and/or vendors on the delivery of optimized customer-centric intuitive digital offerings through our eCommerce platform

    + Collaborates internally with finance, legal, data science, sales, marketing, development teams, and externally with clients, to manage the backlog and release planning, incorporate market direction and sort through diverse requirements.

    + Anticipates the impact of change and creates an environment where change can be initiated with minimal disruptions and negative impact.

    + Experience in eCommerce and best practices, willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new trends

    + Proactively updating and creating project documentation as needed

    What we're looking for

    + 6+ years experience as eCommerce Sr. Product Manager or Feature, Consumer Facing Product Manager

    + Data-driven Product Manager with a desired background managing financial goals that determine the success of product releases, with expertise not only in defining KPIs but also low-level metrics

    + Extensive experience leading AB test roadmaps with proven financial success

    + Extensive experience leading user research to explain customer data trends

    + Expert at championing customer-centric experiences in a global eCommerce realm (web,

    mobile, apps) and working as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering

    requirements; and also working with geographically distributed, remote teams

    In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

    + GUEST service fundamentals and experience; building a guest first culture on your team

    + Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies

    + Planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals

    + Lead multiple businesses, balancing team member expertise and effectively leading teams in each department

    **As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:**

    + Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train and coach team member expectations to deliver on our GUEST service model culture.

    + Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias

    + Understand sales goals, plan daily/weekly workload at the direction of your ETL, and execute the same to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement; including planning merchandising, transitions, revisions, sales plans, events and promotions

    + Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions

    + With ETL guidance, develop, coach, and lead a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate about A&A, Home, Seasonal, Beauty Electronics and Baby who stay current on brands, trends and promotions in each department

    + Encourage team to use tools available in their department (i.e. the fitting room, testers, displays) as an opportunity to welcome, inspire and influence guests by providing personalized recommendations to complete their purchase

    + With ETL guidance, partner with third party vendors to ensure brand standards and merchandising are being met and areas are full and maintained.

    + Support team's execution of revisions, sales plans, planograms, and Visual Merchandising Guide (VMG) for defined categories

    + Encourage guests to shop with confidence in specialty departments by creating inspiring visual moments and by ensuring product is organized, signed correctly and merchandised to support seasonal trends

    + Support your ETL in leading assigned business units backroom process, organization, layout and replenishment of the salesfloor to ensure product is available for guests.

    + Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team

    + Support team onboarding, learning and help close product knowledge and skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions set by your ETL

    + Ensure fitting rooms are welcoming, clean and safe if applicable to your assigned areas of responsibility

    + Support your ETL in establishing clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations

    + Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guests in all areas including clearance

    + Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead and hold the team accountable to work in the same way

    + Model a safety advocacy culture by understanding how safety impacts your role and that of your team, identifying and correcting hazards, and holding team accountable to working in a safe manner to benefit themselves and others. If applicable, as a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes

    + Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.)

    + Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.

    + All other duties based on business needs

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Must be at least 18 years of age or older

    + Previous retail experience preferred, but not required

    + Lead and hold others accountable

    + Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

    + Work independently and as part of a team

    + Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently

    + Welcoming and helpful attitude

    + Effective communication skills

    + Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

    + Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues

    + Interpret instructions, reports and information

    + Accurately handle cash register operations as needed

    + Climb up and down ladders as needed

    + Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others

    + Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable and prompt attendance necessary

    + Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc. as needed

    + Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
