Schedule: 7a-4:30p M-F; flexible to work compressed workweek days as needed
Pay Rate: $22-28/hr DOE
Location: N. Phoenix AZ
Position Type: FT

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Install and maintain cable systems including setting up cable support structures
+ Material handling, moving equipment and materials within factory
+ Keeping safety at the forefront of thought when performing any task
+ Clear and concise communication to escalate technical issues to lead or site supervisor
+ Ability to work safely at heights (ladders)
+ Documenting work completed in a clear and concise manner to update management on project status (checklists)
+ Keeping a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
+ Familiarity with hand tools
+ Self-motivated to be able to move to the next task without having to be told to move to the next task
+ Cognizant of surroundings when performing a task not to jeopardize surrounding equipment
+ Comfortable working in a bunny suit for long periods of time
+ Positive attitude
+ Knowledge of Windows based systems
Preferences:
+ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified
+ Understanding of communications systems and setting IP addresses and subnets within Windows based systems including being self-sufficient in navigation of configurations to adapt network ports to proper configurations and troubleshooting
+ Able to follow detailed instructions to configure software-based settings within Windows based systems
+ Documenting work completed in a clear and concise manner to properly document the commission status of a specific system
+ Demonstrates high level of communication when presented with technical configuration issues
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The Senior Territory Manager-Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (Sr. TM) is a member of the field sales team who works in close partnership with sales and marketing to guide commercial pilot programs and represent the field during product development. The Sr. TM assumes full performance responsibility for assigned sales channels and product groups within their territory and collaborates with field sales management to develop and implement efficient business practices and improved sales tactics for the benefit of the entire sales team.
What You'll Bring to the Table
* Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups and establish and execute quarterly and annual key performance metrics
* Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company-developed presentations to groups of physicians, hospital administration, and clinicians
* Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography
* Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for the territory
* Assist management with planning for and co-presenting in team meetings, conference calls, and national and regional trade shows.
* Monitor national sales vs quota and assist management in identifying areas of opportunity needing focus
* Hold self and others accountable for conducting business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures, and internal controls applicable to their role
* Other duties as assignedEducation and Experience
* 4-year degree with at least 5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota) preferably in the biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry - strong business-to-business selling experience
* Individuals must be results-focused, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective, lasting relationships among key decision-makers
* Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and adapt to a fast-changing environment with ease
