**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Field Technicians are expected to follow Atlas' policies and guidelines in regard to health and safety. Technicians will be performing observations, sampling and testing on asphalt, concrete and soils.
+ Capable of completing assigned tasks on time and occasionally working long hours or weekends to do so.
+ Ability to understand directions and execute assignments, operate a company vehicle, work outdoors, communicate effectively with peers, willing to take on new assignments and ensure their completion within scope and budget in a safe manner.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ Valid driver’s license, pass MVR Background check.
+ At least 1 Year of experience in CMT in either Field or Lab work.
+ Must have a Clean driving record.
+ Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen.
**Technical requirements:**
+ ATTI, ACI, NICET, & SCT Certifications are a plus.
+ Needs to be able to articulate observations into writing.
+ Familiar with Microsoft Excel and comfortable using a computer.
+ Ability to read and write technical descriptions, plans, technical specifications and proficiently use Microsoft Office programs.

**Compensation:**
