    A Day in the Life

    Perform preventative maintenance and resolve complex problems by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and combustion engine problems on customer-owned Tennant products and similar competitor models.

    Required Experience and Education

    + High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational school in automotive/diesel/electrical preferred.

    + 2-5 years experience of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.

    + 2-5 years of experience reading electrical schematics.

    + 2-5 years of experience using hand and power shop tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.

    + 2-5 years of experience working in direct contact with customers on service-related activities preferred.

    + 2-5 years of experience using a personal computer, MS Office Suite, email, and proprietary Tennant systems.

    As a Field Technician, you’ll represent DISH in customers' homes, simplifying their lives and introducing them to infinite smart home possibilities. Key responsibilities include:

    + **Physical Requirements:** Capable of standing on ladders (up to 40 feet) for extended periods, lifting over 70 lbs, and remaining within the individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs

    + **Flexibility:** Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
