Responsibilities:
+ Maintain all aspects of equipment according to company standards.
+ Handle basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with fuel, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed and documented as assigned.
+ Manage inventory control on the service truck and for keeping the vehicle properly stocked.

+ Perform all necessary diagnostic and documentation functions on the company computer system.
+ Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and makes adjustments.
+ Lubricate moving parts and drives repaired vehicle to verify conformance to specifications.
+ Perform preventative maintenance work as requested.
+ Document and submit necessary paperwork or enter into mobile service program as work performed in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding the work. Foster positive customer relations.
+ Advise customer and/or service writer of any repairs or services which should be performed within the next 3 months.

Primary Responsibilities
As a field technician, you’ll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. We are seeking qualified, experienced Archaeological Field Technicians/Monitors for various construction projects in the state of Arizona. There may also be opportunities to work on archaeological projects outside Arizona, primarily in the states of California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Wyoming.
An archaeological field technician must possess basic archaeological field and laboratory skills for various survey, excavation, laboratory, and construction monitoring work. Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below):
+ Archaeological survey, excavation, and monitoring
+ During archaeological monitoring the applicant would be responsible for on-site communication with construction and Native American personnel, and for maintaining daily logs that include detailed descriptions of construction activities, communication, and future plans
+ During survey work the applicant will be expected to communicate effectively with crew leader to verify understanding of instructions or site-specific information. Scientific photography, measurement, artifact identification, and recordation of resources will be required
+ During excavation, the applicant will be expected to work well with a team to ensure clear communication. Ability to identify buried resources and soil horizons and document them effectively while working in a team will be necessary
Minimum Requirements
+ Current valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate a 4wd vehicle
+ Must have the ability to be insured to drive a vehicle and/or current auto-insurance
+ Physical ability to carry equipment and supplies (up to 40 lbs.) and walk or hike for long hours during fieldwork
+ Willingness to travel to a project location for several consecutive days

What You Will Do
