**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Construction Project Manager** to lead the execution of a complex, multiyear, multisite national program for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In this role, you will be responsible for managing all phases of construction—from design and scheduling through execution, testing, and project closeout—while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal quality standards. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with FAA stakeholders, internal project managers, subcontractors, and service teams to drive success across a portfolio of projects.

A **Data Center Security Installation Project Manager** is responsible for assisting with the overall administration, organization, and implementation of large data center electronic security installation projects.

The data center is located in **Phoenix (Mesa area), Arizona** . The project manager must work onsite every day.

+ Responsible for the overall financial management of the project(s).

+ System administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving the system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, and implementing new workstations and system extensions

+ Vendor certifications for electronic systems preferred

+ Reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights and weekends

+ Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS

You will be responsible for installation on a variety of fire alarm system devices in a professional and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

+ Installation of fire alarm systems, including pulling wire, installation of devices and trim out.

+ Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on projects.

+ Must have strong interpersonal and writing skills and be a problem owner/solver.

+ Proven ability to effectively plan and organize one's own activities or the activities of others.

+ Proficiency with Computers including MS Office, Blue Beam, and PDF.

**Preferred Skill set:**

+ Accubid Estimating (Or equivalent) directly related to Electrical Installations.
