**Summary**
Assist Designers by performing technical work consisting of compiling, interpreting, facilitation, and reporting information. Performs office technical work, recommend action on plans and procedures. Work involves the application of technical knowledge gained through training and experience and requires judgment in the execution of assignments. Specific tasks will vary by department and division.

• Supports the Design staff in interpreting Deign information to facilitate the requisition of a Municipal Right of Way permit.
• Assists Designers and Analysts in the preparation and application for Municipal Right of Way permits.
• Primary point of contact for Municipal Right of Way permits and communication between SRP and the various Municipalities we serve.
• Export and work, internal Permitting reports in order to track, manage and update internal and external customers on the status of Construction Permits
• Contacts outside agencies, such as utilities, government agencies, developers, engineers, vendors and others.

• Provides technical expertise to other departments.

**Experience**
At job entry, placement will be determined by a review of college transcripts and related work experience. A minimum of 6 years of related experience is required for the senior level. **Education**
College level coursework (100+) related to the position from an accredited institution is preferred.

With safety as the top priority, the incumbent will be responsible for the VERIFI equipment suite including installation, maintenance and repair.
Candidate will perform troubleshooting services to aid customers in resolving issues and help them achieve maximum potential from our solutions. The technician will be the primary VERIFI representative at the concrete manufacturing plant. They will install and maintain Verifi concrete management systems installed on customer mixer trucks and admixture dispensing systems as needed.
The VERIFI Field Service Technician will be required to interface regularly with plant management, batch plant operators, concrete mixer truck drivers, and truck maintenance management and mechanics.
Based at home, the candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time as the only VERIFI employee at the customer sites, thereby requiring candidate to work independently.
Schedule flexibility is required. Field visits may be scheduled late at night and/or very early in the morning.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Possess a broad array of knowledge including computer systems configuration, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24 volt DC electrical systems, and hydraulic system principals.

+ In this role the candidate will interact directly with internal as well as external customers on a daily basis, and as such must possess competencies such organizational skills, planning skills, customer orientation and project management skills.
