Recommend, develop, implement, redesign, reconfigure, or modify operating and maintenance procedures to reduce failures, eliminate hazards, or enhance accuracy and reliability. Responsible for notifying the owning service and the supervisor if they determine equipment or systems should be taken out of service because it is unsafe to operate. Provide technical expertise related to electronic and facility enterprise systems via planning, design, implementation, testing, evaluation, project management, professional consulting and reporting, data mining, and full life cycle management. Project management includes stabilizing the expansion of existing enterprise systems to newly constructed areas under renovation or modernization.
