    · Sets up and operates machine to bend metal structural shapes, such as bars, rods, angles, pipes, and tubes, to angle or contour specified by work order, drawings, templates, or layout: Selects and bolts holding clamp, die block, and guide clamp to machine.

    · Positions and clamps end stops on machine to set specified location of bend.

    · Inserts or screws plug stops into guide wheel to set specified degree of bend.

    As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will:

    Approach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.
    Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities.
    Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
    Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
    Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.
    Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.
    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field, preferred.
    Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role required, five (5) years plus preferred.
    Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
    Familiarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).
    Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).
    Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
    Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary system monitoring programs.
    Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment is strongly preferred.
    Physical Requirements:

    Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
    Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE.
    Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
