The ANCA 5-Axis CNC Programmer/Operator will be responsible for producing premium quality, high precision carbide, carbide tipped and HSS cutting tool master programs and finished tools using ANCA 5-Axis CNC tool grinding machines.     As a ANCA 5-Axis CNC Operator/Programmer, you are responsible for:

    + Create master programs in ANCA ToolRoom RN33 & RN34

    + Maintain revision control of masterized program database

    + Ability to accurately read blueprints.

    + Responsible for the setup and offsets as required.

    + Consistently evaluates the quality of the finished product coming off the CNC machine through visual inspection and the use of measurement tools.
