    The Machine Operator will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems.     The Automation Machine Operator assists the Production Supervisor / Operations Manager by operating our contact automation machines to support monthly production goals.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + Reads, interprets, and follows blueprints and job instructions to accurately package electrical components including connectors

    + Excellent understanding of GD&T

    + Performs in-process checks to ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards

    + Adhere to sound manufacturing processes and safety standards

    + Assists Production Supervisors with all aspects of KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost)

    + Drives Lean & 5S culture across responsible areas

    + Maintain accurate, counts and records of daily transactions of materials, Works-In-Progress, and finished goods through assigned areas, whether manually or electronically

    + Experience with robots, automation, machinery, or other potentially dangerous/harmful equipment is a plus
