Schedule: 2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday – Friday (Overtime extended shift and weekend work required)

Compensation: Compensation: $20.75 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift differential)

The Role

The Plate Grinder is responsible for the operation of the TimeSaver plate refinishing machine to prepare plates with a level of surface quality required for the press cycle. Additionally, this position is responsible for operating and maintaining the exhaust unit connected to the plate refinisher.

Top Responsibilities

Performs set up and operation of refinishing machine and dust collector, including start up and shutdown, belt change and gauge adjustment (based on plate thickness) as necessary.
Retrieves stainless steel plates that require refinishing from the automated plate farm.
Identify reject plates which do not meet Isola's quality standards and determine the course of action for refinishing based on the incoming quality of the plate.
Using a micrometer, measures the thickness of the plate and adjusts the gap setting on the refinishing machine to accommodate the thickness of the stainless steel plate.
Cleans the refinishing machine as required.
Take direction from engineering on plate refinishing schedule.

Qualifications

A minimum of 6 months of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
Forklift Experience preferred
Ability to pass physical capabilities assessment
This is a safety-sensitive role. Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Assigned Schedule: 9pm - 530am Sunday to Thursday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)

Compensation: $20.00 per hour (Plus a $1.25 shift differential)

The Role

The CPP Drilling and Bagging Operator is responsible for the efficient and timely operation of the punch and drill machine that punches and drills tooling holes in the prepreg panels after the CPP cutting process is completed. This position is also responsible for transferring tooled prepreg in preparation for the inspection and bagging process.

Top Responsibilities

Verify from the work orders that the material selected matches the requirements listed on the work order.
Verify that all programs selected on the machine match the work order, tools are loaded to the machine properly, and verify that the tooling program listed on the template matches the program on the work order.
Ensure to fill out paperwork and complete transactions, inspect, identify and remove any material with quality problems such as debris, and no signs of damage or breakage on the material.
Enter all material transactions in and out of SAP inventory tracking system, reporting material discrepancies when identified.
Maintain complete, accurate records of material usage and product traceability within the SAP inventory tracking system for all material used during the process
