**Work Environment**
This role requires working in an air-conditioned manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona. The shift is Friday through Sunday from 5am to 5pm, with a 10% shift differential. The position involves physical activities such as lifting up to 35 pounds, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing portable ladders. Performs set up and operation of refinishing machine and dust collector, including start up and shutdown, belt change and gauge adjustment (based on plate thickness) as necessary.
Retrieves stainless steel plates that require refinishing from the automated plate farm.

Using a micrometer, measures the thickness of the plate and adjusts the gap setting on the refinishing machine to accommodate the thickness of the stainless steel plate.
