    We’re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.

    Job Summary

    Under limited supervision, Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and performs emergency/preventive maintenance. Project general requirements include but are not limited to; maintenance and repair of freezer and refrigeration units, food service equipment, appliances, fitness equipment, HVAC equipment, testing and balancing, corrosion control, floor coverings, roof systems, painting, finishes, fences and gates, general facility maintenance. Determines replacement parts as needed. Inspect, clean, and maintain commercial kitchen hood and duct exhaust systems. Maintain, and repair the site's mechanical locks.     Roles and Responsibilities

    + Performs installation, operation, maintenance, repairs, and disposal of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems..

    + Must know and be able to apply the fundamentals of HVAC/R equipment and troubleshooting techniques, and environmental regulations for fuels, refrigerants, and hazardous materials.

    + May explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities.

    Additional general duties

    Basic Qualifications

MEGASYS® is the branded name for EMD Electronics services offering where EMD Electronics technicians and engineers provide on-site gas and chemical/slurry management on an ongoing contractual basis. Technicians work on systems and maintain supply of chemicals and gases to a semiconductor manufacturing environment that makes the chips used in electronic devices.

MEGASYS® personnel are assigned on a full-time basis ranging from 7 day / 24-hour coverage to periodic service calls.
