**JOB SUMMARY:**
Set up and process components on Manual and/or CNC machines in the disciplines such as Lathes, Mills, Grinders and Hone\. + Is knowledgeable in CNC machining and secondary equipment
+ Assists Production Supervisors with all aspects of KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost)
+ Active participant and advocate of Lean & 5S culture company wide
+ Follows "in-process" quality inspections and works with team members to ensure total quality
+ Aids in feedback to planning & engineering to optimize productivity
+ Provides translation service for team members when required
+ Ensure usage of correct gaging, hand measuring tools & metrology equipment to deliver the highest possible quality components for our customers

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 5-Axis CNC Mill Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce complex parts with tight tolerances.
+ Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
+ Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
+ Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
+ Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and part quality.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of setups, tool changes, and production logs.
