    An Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (OTF) Shift Group Leader (GL) works a compressed schedule. All shifts may be available. Shift 4 – front half night; Shift 5 – front half days; Shift 6 – back half nights; Shift 7 – back half days.

    The Shift GL will be responsible for but not limited to:

    + The performance, development, and employee relations of technicians.

    + 3+ years of experience of wafer fabrication experience and vendor interaction experience with the following skill set:

    + 1+ years' experience hands on equipment troubleshooting.

    + 1+ years' experience Model Based Problem Solving knowledge.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Technical and/or engineering expertise within the Semiconductor manufacturing industry to provide technical direction on quality issues.

    + Data analysis skills.

    + Previous or current OTF experience, and knowledge of OTF systems and processes will be considered a plus factor when evaluating candidates for this position.

    + Hands on equipment experience with 10nm and 14nm Dry Etch/TEL toolsets is desirable. Willing to work on hands on shift equipment engineering tasks.
