    **The Role**

    There is currently an opening for an Operations Technician 2 in Tempe, AZ or Littleton or Broomfield, CO. The description of the role is as follows:

    • Responsible for identifying and resolving customer reported trouble

    • Provide advance technical support to include remote trouble diagnostics and correction

    • Assist with answering customer calls during overflow/outage situations

    • Updates status to customers on an as required basis

    • Escalation of customer and network trouble to ensure timely resolution

    • Actively work with local exchange carriers and CenturyLink internal Operations Centers to ensure current services are active and restored within the Service Level Agreements

    • Keep the project team updated with daily progress reports on any assigned actions.

    **The Main Responsibilities**

    • Good understanding of DWDM and Wave service support and troubleshooting

    • Previous experience troubleshooting complex network problems involving power, network hardware, routers, CSU, or carrier services.

    • Experience working on complex translations troubles and/or maintenance assignments related to network switching equipment to resolve trouble tickets.

    • Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and IP addressing.

    • Excel at working on complex MPLS issues.

    **POSITION SUMMARY**

    This position is responsible for the proper care and handling of all general and specialty instruments including the cleaning, decontamination, instrument identification, assembly, packaging and distribution, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation.

    **CORE FUNCTIONS**

    We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician!

    Maintenance Technicians Maintains the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

    Responsibilities include:


    * Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
    * Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment
    * Ensure necessary tools are on hand
    * Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
    * Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance
    * Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
    * Be available to work on an on-call basis
    * Secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday
    * Remove snow and ice as necessary
    * Handle all lock-outs as a result of evictions and take responsibility for 24-hour response to service requests

    Requirements:


    * Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools
    * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
    * Effective communication skills
    * Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
    * Property maintenance/handyman experience

    Job Summary:

    Troubleshoot, repair, recondition, and service Caterpillar and other Empire allied machines, systems and power train components. Troubleshoot; diagnose malfunctions and failures of machines electrical, hydraulic and power train components. Must be able to identify and evaluate root cause failures through the use of electronic tools, schematics and other trouble shooting methods. Be able to demonstrate proper communication methods in order to effectively explain equipment conditions, machine status and recommendations, to customers, associates and management.

    Essential Functions:

      * Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures.
      * Maintain good customer relations and support for corporate marketing objectives.
      * Repair, recondition, and maintain equipment and components.
      * Prepare service reports.
      * Plan and control cost of repair jobs.
      * Maintain company equipment – keep in good clean orderly condition.
      * Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.

    Education and Experience:

      * Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
      * Current driver’s license.
      * Minimum of 6 months related experience.
      * Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
