At Sol Dog Lodge and Training Center, the mission is to create a compassionate community where dogs and their humans can thrive together. While many organizations focus on getting dogs adopted from rescues and shelters, we specialize in addressing the challenges that may arise after adoption. From training and grooming to emergency boarding, resources, education, and providing needed support for a lifetime of successful dog care.

We are seeking people who have a passion for dogs, ability to work collaboratively with others, experience providing respect, dignity and compassion for dogs and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. We regularly provide education in the schools, and senior retirement communities, collect pet food each month for the Marana Food Bank, and provide emergency support to dogs when their humans have a crisis.
We are looking for dog lovers who have a history and experience in the dog care world. Volunteering, schooling, hands on experience are a key component being added to our team of bests.
We are accepting resumes, with a cover letter through early January 2025. We will then be calling for interviews and will begin hiring in February 2025. This key position, the Dog Boarding Operations Manager, will be one of the first hires.
