An ideal candidate is someone with a heart for service and sacrifice as the combination of these two values are both challenging and yet rewarding. The ideal candidate should have flexibility, a willingness to serve, and compassion for our population. Skills can be taught, it's in the approach of caregiving that truly makes a candidate shine. Both written and verbal skills are something we look for when hiring.

Candidates can apply on our website and be routed to our HR department. We can also be contacted by phone and provide a paper application to meet the various needs of our workforce. After interviewing, background checks and drug screens are processed and if cleared/hired, training begins. Candidates must have a clear criminal history (or have been issued a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card from the AZ Department of Public Safety), clear Central Registry background check, pass a drug test for illegal substances deemed by the state of Arizona, and have a High School Diploma/GED. 18+ years old, valid Driver's License preferred.
