Essential Job Functions
• Maintains a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of licensing and monitoring requirements.
• Ensures team assignments that are related to licensing and monitoring that have been delegated by the Planning Document team are satisfactorily completed.
• Conducts home and day inspections for initial and follow up inspections monthly to ensure compliance with licensing, monitoring and Foundation requirements of providing a safe, secure environment for program participants. Utilize checklists monthly. (Client main and site files- All releases, BDPs, Outcomes and medications)
• This position is required to work in the capacity as DSP in programs as needed/required.
• Assist Medical Coordinator with medical appointments as needed/Required.
• Drive clients to various locations as needed/required.
• Adheres to all Foundation policies, procedures and operational philosophies. Demonstrates support of these requirements to team.
• Represents the Agency in a positive and professional manner.
• Other related duties as assigned.
