Next Steps:

Within Pipeline AZ you will have the opportunity to upload positions you are recruiting for, identify a desired skill set for each role, and match with Job Seekers that have the skills you are looking for.

1. Please select the Employer Registration button to register for the event. You can create a new employer account on Maricopa pipeline AZ or join an existing employer account to get started. To search for an existing employer account, type in your company name in the “enter your company name here:" field . Since you entered Pipeline AZ through the Skilled Trades Expo 2022 landing page, you are already tagged as being part of the event and may already have a complete Company Profile. 

2. Upload vacant job opportunities onto Maricopa Pipeline AZ. When you post position listings onto the platform in preparation for the upcoming event, add one Required Skill and additional Critical Skills to have qualified candidate matches based on the talent you’re recruiting for! As event registrants onboard the platform, they will be able to view and match with your jobs based on their skills.

3. Monitor job postings. Make sure your roles do not expire prior to the event start date so that event registrants can continue to view and apply for the posted job opportunities! The number of Candidate Matches you have for each job posting will continue to grow as new registrants sign up for the event so be sure to monitor your candidate matches and applications

4. Report hires. To track the success of current and future hiring events, we ask that you please keep the event team updated on any interviews, applications or hires made with event registrants! You can report any hires by selecting the "Report a Hire" button located at the top of the employer dashboard.

April 18 - May 15:

You will not need to be present during the entire event but you will need to follow up with potential "matches" / employees. Throughout the month you will be matched with potential candidates which you can reach out to directly. 

Once the Skilled Trades Expo 2022: Virtual Job Fair has ended, your open positions and Company Profile will not disappear from Pipeline AZ. Students, community members, and job seekers will still be able apply to see your company information and postings.
