    What you can expect:

    Zoom’s Business Applications team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our dynamic New Service Introduction (NSI) team. This position will partner with Zoom’s Product Managers to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams, driving solutions to improve Zoom’s customer adoption.     About the Team:

    The team focuses on NSI offer enablement, implementing system changes to introduce new products to direct, channel, and online markets. We work with product managers, operations, including sales, channel, finance, billing, and pricing teams across Zoom.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as an SME and advisor in processes for product Go-To-Market launches, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.

    The Network Engineer will be part of the Global Network Delivery team that manages and deploys Network infrastructure for American Airlines locations such as airports, cargo, sales offices, etcetera.     • Establish processes to test applications and devices before planned network deployment to quantify their performance and recommend steps to ensure they are optimized.
