    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide network and infrastructure administration expertise, support, and service to an assigned set of clients.

    + Manage, prioritize work, and resolve day-to-day support requests submitted by email, web, and telephone.

    + Identify problems, research solutions, determine and implement the appropriate resolutions to customer technical issues.

    + Use a ticketing application to record all effort toward resolution and document solutions.

    + Perform ongoing maintenance tasks for internal and client networks, including monitoring, updates and patching, and documentation.

    What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

    + Experience with support and integration of cloud-based solutions including Microsoft Office 365 and Azure along with ADFS/Directory synchronization.

    + Proficiency with system management and monitoring toolsets including Microsoft System Center.

    + Expertise with server, application, and desktop virtualization utilizing VMware and/or Microsoft.

    + In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.

    + Understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure architecture and concepts, including TCP/IP.

    + Experience with support and integration of wireless infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving Office 365 issues, SNMP-based or other network monitoring technologies, firewalls, internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, Azure and Google Workspace.

    + Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, including taking and passing technical certification exams.

    + Previous Managed Services experience is a plus.

    + Consulting and IT industry experience is preferred.

This position is primarily responsible for implementing, maintaining, and administering the network security tools for preventing, detecting, and responding to security events. S/he will work closely with other LFG security and infrastructure teams to configure and tune tools per security requirements to facilitate business objectives.

    + Collaborates with LFG security and infrastructure teams as needed to configure and ensure appropriate data flows and integration with various systems.

    + Assess and assists in the development of network security requirements and evaluate security services and technologies.

    + Identifies systems misconfigurations and serves as a resource to others to correct and analyze the configurations.

    + Maintains availability of security technologies, including but not limited to intrusion prevention system (IPS) and web application firewall (WAF) especially system health, upgrades, logs, and policies.

    + Manages and provides engineering support to endpoint and network detection/response (EDR/NDR) solutions including client and system health, upgrades, protection policies, and logs.

    **What we’re looking for**

    The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.     We have an exciting opportunity for a Radar / RF System Engineer to join

    Lunewave Engineering team in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate must have advanced conceptual

    understanding of radar and / or RF systems with a solid understanding of related hardware

    development and the systems engineering process. This position will support the full life cycle of

    multiple active and passive RF sensors from conceptual development through field support.

    Experience in aerospace industry as well as telecom industry is helpful.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Candidate should have strong expertise in radar and / or RF system design, and be familiar with trade studies, models, and algorithms in MATLAB or similar programming languages.

    + Conceptualizes and articulates innovative solutions to highly technical and complex engineering problems related to RF / radar system design with an emphasis on hardware specification and architecture. Familiarity with signal processing is a strong plus.

    + Will participate in RF / radar hardware development including front end antenna technology and back in processing components leading system development, integration, verification, validation, and debug.

    + Will perform trade studies and create models to evaluate competing solutions and provide recommendations for best courses of action.

    + Will provide guidance and support for Radar and RF system testing and data analysis.

    + Interacts with internal and external personnel on technical matters related to RF system design requiring coordination between organizations.

    + Provides leadership, direction and guidance for research into the solution of radar and / or RF related engineering problems.

    + Advises or directs the planning for the implementation of engineering solutions, including strategic objectives and timetables for technical development.

    Job Qualifications

May substitute equivalent engineering experience in lieu of education.

    + Has demonstrated leadership ability by directing/developing the solution(s) to highly technical and complex engineering problems, and has been a key participant in attracting and retaining engineering business as well as professional staff.

    + Expertise in RF / microwave engineering and related simulation software tools is a strong plus.

    + Must also possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, be customer focused, and able to work on a self-initiated basis or in a team environment.

    + US citizenship or permanent residency is preferred.
