**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technicalexpertiseand hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Technical Architect reports to the Manager – SHI Services – ServiceNow and can be eitherhome or office based in Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ.It is expected that this role may require infrequent travel both nationally and internationally (max 30%).

**Responsibilities**

_Include, but are not limited to:_

+ Establish andmaintainstrong client relationships, effectively communicating technical solutions and recommendations

**Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow

+ 5+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g. XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.)

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

+ ServiceNow Implementationand Assessmentexperienceintwo or more applications preferred.

+ Additionalexperience in IT or Software Asset Management

+ Industry-leading knowledge of the ITAM and Software lifecycle

**Required Skills**

+ Certifications in three or more ServiceNow areas are strongly recommended

+ Proven ability to lead workshops and guide clients through solution design processes

+ Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

+ Experience troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions on the ServiceNow platform

+ Ability to make informed recommendations and decisions on solutions that align with best practices and client needs

+ Experience with story grooming and collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements.

+ Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles

+ Experience with common web technologies and networking (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP)

+ Directory service integration experience (Active Directory, LDAP).

+ Knowledge of Single Sign-on methods (token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0) and Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST)

**Certifications Required**

+ ServiceNow CIS, CTA, and CAD certifications preferred

+ It is expected that this role will require frequent travel both nationally and internationally (Max 30%)

**Additional Information**

+ The estimated annual pay range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Insider risk team lead takes responsibility for digital forensic investigations, interfacing with legal, and mentoring insider risk team members.

+ It's a hands-on position that will allow you to express your investigative, computer forensics, and analytics skills.

+ You will lead investigation of threat signals, develop your own indicators, mentor and coach more junior team members.

+ You will be in frequent communication with business leaders, legal, and members of other teams.

+ Analytical skills and thorough understanding of technologies, including operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), network communication protocols, and data formats are essential for this job.

**Qualifications**

REQUIRED:

+ Ability to independently complete assigned responsibilities, drive forensics investigations, oversight and mentor international team, deliver investigation reports to managers, legal, and executive management.

+ Working knowledge of DLP: able to explain and articulate events and user activity

+ Understanding of user behaviors that endanger company’s intellectual property: able to explain possible methods of IP egress from company computers.

+ Understanding of system behavior and artifacts associated with using removable media and file shares: able to explain what artifacts present themselves when a removable media is connected and removed from a system, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

+ Understanding of firewall and DNS logs for identification of data leaks to cloud storages and other services: should be able to read firewall and DNS logs and explain communication details.

+ Be able to communicate in written and spoken English with managers (up to C level) and Legal team to explain DLP events and provide escalation information.

+ Working understanding of technical terms related to DLP events and ability to explain them to non-technical people.

+ Able to read and interpret basic scripts in Python and PowerShell.

PREFERRED:

+ Previous law enforcement investigation background is a big plus.

+ Understanding of machine learning principles is a plus.

The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting key Systems Engineering (SE) deliverables as part of an Worksite Owner (WSO) Team for the Module-level Worksite assessments. This role is intended to blend SE coordination between multiple HALO Worksite Stakeholders, including: Human Systems Integration (HSI), Mechanical Engineering, and various subsystems and component providers. **Salary Range:** $89,400 - $134,200

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. + Hook up the power cables to the de-energized server (but do not plug into any live server rack PDU), dress and manage power cables as per DC manager's expectation

+ Sort and separate all miscellaneous spare parts as per assigned to the "save repository”

+ Manage, breakdown and discard all packaging as per site Corporate Services Recycling guidelines and locations.

+ Stack and save all packaging material/pallets designated as "Save and return to OEM vendor”. Will be required to coordinate/schedule pick with vendor and assist with moving and loading.

+ Assist with data center miscellaneous tasks which includes but not limited to the following or as directed by the data center manager:

+ Removal of end-of-life hardware from server racks, strip racks of rails and PDUs,

+ reconfigure rack with new rails and PDUs,

+ remove EOL racks completely,

+ move or route de-energized power whips under computer room raised metal floor (typically 12”-24” high),

+ re-arrange floor tiles to meet newly configured rows,

+ assist with maintaining/repair HAE/CAE (Hot Aisle Enclosures/Cold Aisle Enclosures) vinyl curtains,

+ Row/Rack labeling to include making and affixing labels to racks
