Insight Global is seeking a Senior SCADA/Industrial Network Engineer to join a large power generation company in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in designing, deploying, and monitoring industrial network communication systems and cyber security programs for a diverse fleet of Thermal and Renewable power generation facilities.

This role will be reporting to the Manager of Industrial Cybersecurity and Networks, and is responsible for designing, supporting, monitoring and maintenance of industrial networks and security appliances across the fleet.

This is a full-time permanent role, and offers a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office, and 2 days working from home.

The day to day responsibilities of this role include:

- Developing and maintaining industrial network security standards, procedures, and guidelines to align with industry best practice and applicable regulations.

- Firewall rule specifications and reviews.

- Developing Cyber Risk mitigation plans for Industrial Control Systems, Operational Technology and associated networks for Critical Infrastructure, and participating in scope and contract negotiations to mitigate risk.

- OT Patch management and Vulnerability assessments, monitoring and remediation, based on risk.

- Managing, reviewing, and optimizing existing tools, alerts, and processes within the OT environment, including asset management software, SIEM & Logging, network monitoring and vulnerability scanning tools & alerts, endpoint protection, and privileged access management.

- Contributing to the cybersecurity roadmap and long-term planning to meet and maintain our maturity goals.

Ensuring Management of Change (MOC) compliance and review for ICS-related work across the fleet.

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years of experience with design, support, and maintenance of industrial control or computer systems; including HMIs, servers, and communication networks.

- 2+ years of ICS network focused experience.

- 2+ years of hands on experience with network infrastructure components, including: network firewalls, switches (core, edge, process, and virtual), routers; and their individual impact to operating facilities.

- 4 years of experience working with Operational Technology, SCADA, and ICS Cyber Security best practices.

- Strong understanding of codes and standards related to controls and industrial networks, as well as network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Post-secondary degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, and eligible for Professional Engineering status in Phoenix. - Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as MODBUS, ICCP, DNP3, OPC.

- Familiarity with CMMS such as Maximo.

- Experience with Windows administration, domain administration and virtualization

- Additional network and security-related training or cyber certifications, would be considered an asset. null

The purpose of this internship is for an individual to participate in Engineering Services, Electrical and Control System Engineering Division's responsibilities. You will help identify solutions to technical multi-disciplinary engineering problems that require the use of independent judgment and initiative in making technical decisions of considerable difficulty and impact. In addition, the internship will provide opportunities to develop engineering designs and/or specifications and utilize PLC/SCADA programming software to support CAP Asset Modification process.

Position Responsibilities

+ Participate with other Electrical and Controls System Engineers in executing construction and design work.

+ Become familiar with how design work is performed from an equipment owner’s perspective.

+ Participate in programming of PLC/SCADA systems.

+ Help review and approve project as-built phase in project closeout.

+ Become familiar with and apply field construction safety standards.

At end of the 11-week engagement, the intern will prepare and deliver a presentation which includes:

+ What they learned

Summary About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Kimley-Horn is looking for a Business System Administrator for our Concur team to join us in our Phonix, AZ office. This is an in-office opportunity.

**Responsibilities**

The Concur Business System Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing various levels of support for the company’s business applications focused on SAP Concur Expense, Invoice, and Reporting and including AppZen and associated in house developed applications. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver that can effectively communicate with others at all levels of the organization. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Day to day maintenance and administration support for the Concur system to meet the business needs

+ Collaborating with Accounts Payable and other business teams on system configuration changes/updates

+ Trouble shooting and resolution user technical issues

+ Managing and maintaining requested enhancements and system improvements

+ Identifying process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of our business systems to support initiatives

+ Keeping current on the latest releases and implement updates

**Qualifications**
