    **Overview**

    We are looking for a skilled Web Front End Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality, user-friendly web applications. This role involves working closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement versatile and scalable front-end solutions. This is a fully remote position.

    **Responsibilities**

    + Front-End Development: Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)

    + Responsive Design: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and build responsive layouts that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and platforms

    + Component Development: Create reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

    + Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

    **Qualifications**

    + Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

    **About the Role:**

    A web developer is responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of all of the Bank’s web properties from all technical aspects and according to the Bank’s specifications.

    + Work with our copywriters, designers, and external teams in a fast-paced environment to continuously develop amazing new experiences for our customers

    + Support existing websites and applications, including the development of new features using the latest web technologies

    + Develop new web applications and features, from gathering requirements to providing documentation for end users

    + Work with customers when issues require escalation to the web team

    + Troubleshoot escalations and develop fixes to bugs

    + Participate in Agile Scrum, attending the daily standup and planning, driving features to done and collaboratively working in a team environment
