    Meta seeks a highly engaged and experienced team player for a lead role to join our Design, Engineering & Construction (DEC) organization. As a Contract Manager, you will report to the Global Manager of the DEC Contracts team and be accountable to oversee all contracting for the project lifecycle of 3-5 data center campuses in North America. The role will partner with Contracts leadership and all levels across the organization to gather and understand operational and financial information to maximize contract value and reduce risk to the owner.     **Required Skills:**

    Contracts Manager, Data Center Design Engineering and Construction Responsibilities:

    1. Independently drive the overall contract management function for assigned data center campuses, including development and implementation of contracts management tooling solutions, contracts playbooks, and deal-to-contract intake and review processes for their functional program

    2. Partner with Contracts leadership and other business leaders to help navigate complex operations and spend initiatives with significant spend and risk

    3. drive cross-functional contracts risk and cost containment efforts

    4. Develop and continuously improve deal-to-contract policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and control frameworks

    5. Proactively work with partners to deliver on various activities including: budget planning and financial commitment monitoring, building contract templates and clause libraries, contract review processes and procedures and risk and supplier relationship management efforts.

    6. Develop and maintain internal (customer and business partner) and external (Supplier) relationships to ensure positive and constructive interactions representing complex contracting issues to leadership teams.

    7. Coordinate and drive resolution to key business issues with legal, risk management, corporate contracts and leadership

    8. Serve as the point of contact for contract inquiries for their regional purview

    9. Provide guidance and internal support for their functional program on best ways to structure deals

    10. Ensure that signed contracts are complete and clearly communicated to all relevant parties, including interpretation to support implementation

    The Design Engineer (DE) is a member of the Project Engineering Electronic Security Systems (ESS) team and a supporting contributor to the support of client design projects.     Glide Phase Interceptor Electrical Engineer Lead (Principal+)

    Northrop Grumman Space Systems is currently seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer (EE) to lead the Glide Phase Interceptor (GPI) team at our Chandler, AZ facility. GPI is a new development product offering exciting opportunities and unique problem-solving challenges. The EE lead is the single point of contact responsible for all electrical systems on the GPI vehicle and interfacing to the existing launch system. This leadership position requires a unique personality with strong technical skills, development, documentation and requirements compliance.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Leads Electrical Engineering (EE) team to develop the Glide Phase Interceptor (GPI) electrical design

    + Oversees all aspects of electrical design ensuring compliance to established command media and customer requirements

    + Single point of contact for all electrical engineering matters to multiple customers and peers which include the EE department, other functional departments, GPI program management and the GPI customer

    + Collaborates with other product teams and disciplines to address EE requirement impacts into total system design
