    **Job Summary:**

    Life Cycle Engineering seeks a Sr Systems Engineer to join our Miniature Air-Launched Decoy (MALD)® team located in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will support the Sustainment Manager and be involved in all aspects of system sustainment. You will also be responsible for executing tasks in the areas of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Sustainment Analysis, and Sustainment Planning. This will include tasks such technical documentation, spares analysis, provisioning support, and training.

    **What You Will Do:**

    + Maintain Government and Raytheon systemic databases supporting the lifecycle management of fleet inventory and customer spares.

    + Support Flight Test activities by providing missile readiness analysis and field event support.

    + Support Warfighter readiness by providing MALD Familiarization Training to Military Operators and Support Personnel.

    + Review annual updates to the MALD Technical Manual and provide update recommendations.

    + Coordinate the movement and shipment of MALD Property (missiles, material, tooling, and test equipment) in and out of Raytheon in support of contract requirements.

    + Performing supportability engineering tasking i.e. Logistics Support Analysis, technical documentation updates, training curricula, reports and presentations, spares management, etc.

    + Supporting the logistics concepts efforts for Supply, Maintenance, Transportation and Personnel as required.

    + This position may require travel.

    **Qualifications You Must Have:**

    + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

    + Experience with the Common Munitions Built-In-Test/Reprograming (CMBRE) Test Set.

    + Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
