Production Test Engineers (PTE) are part of a manufacturing team who support the test process through one or more phases of the product life cycle, including product development, transition to production, sustained production and depot activities. PTE validates and ensures compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment. Performs troubleshooting and problem solving of test failures. Identifies opportunities in test processes to improve efficiency, yields, and capacity.

What You Will Do Troubleshoots and provides accurate rework instructions for the product hardware.Creation and maintenance of spares and the test equipment obsolescence plan.Creation of Basis of Estimates (BOE) to estimate costs to add additional capacity, new capabilities and equipment obsolescence.Leads projects to reduce test time, improve the test process through analysis of predictive metrics of trends, failure modes, and test yields.Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.Maintain changes to the test equipment technical data package which includes drawings, test instructions, test position manuals, and system software.Assist in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of the product or test equipment.Lead root cause and corrective action investigations and present findings, utilizing fault trees and knowledge point plans.Performs risk assessments and supports the programs risk register reviews.Leads projects and is responsible for execution.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. + Perform package extraction for time domain and frequency domain analysis and provide design guidelines for the package design.

+ Create clear and complete documentation of results.

+ 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in DDR/SerDes in Package/PCB/System Design related to compute/server standards.

+ Experience in electromagnetics and a solid background in transmission line theory and crosstalk.

Provide mission operations support to a Northrop Grumman Space Satellite program. **Responsibilities**

• Evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques, procedures, industry codes and standards to projects

• Perform intermediate complexity engineering designs including analysis, calculations, research, and equipment selection

• Develop mechanical piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) for power plant systems including steam cycles, boiler feed, condensate, water treatment, flue gas, hydrogen, fuel handling, heat transfer systems, and utility systems

**Responsibilities**

• Evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques, procedures, industry codes and standards to projects

• Perform intermediate complexity engineering designs including analysis, calculations, research, and equipment selection

• Develop mechanical piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) for power plant systems including steam cycles, boiler feed, condensate, water treatment, flue gas, hydrogen, fuel handling, heat transfer systems, and utility systems

• Prepare sizing calculations and specifications for major equipment including, but not limited to, boilers, condensers, cooling towers, tanks, blowers and pumps

• Prepare mechanical engineering designs, equipment lists, general arrangements, aux power demands, and process flow diagrams (PFDs)

• Check design deliverables in accordance with industry codes and standards, contract requirements and company standards

• Prepare requisite mechanical documentation for construction

• Assist in the development of schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements to ensure successful project completion

• Coordinate with other drafters, designers, and engineers and review work progress and results

• Balance multiple engineering tasks concurrently

**Qualifications**

• At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering and design. Experience in the power industry, electrical utilities or industrial markets, would be advantages, but not required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university program.

• PE license preferred, but not required

• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative

This individual will be responsible for performing characterization tests to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications. The engineer will primarily be responsible for developing 93K code in addition to Asic probe tests. **Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring fora Project Manager to join our Health Clinical Services Product Line team. The candidate needs to have experience in large organizations, preferably with the Department of Veterans Affairs. This position will be a fully remote within the United States position with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET.

**POSITION SUMMARY**

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Software Development Engineering to manage a blended Front End and Back End development team supporting Retail IT – SRE operations while also supervising the deliverables of technical staff. Specifically, this role will entail managing a team responsible for designing, planning, and implementing all IT enhancements, upgrades, and major projects, including the management of external resources (onshore & offshore) in achieving those objectives. This Senior Manager should have a solid, hands-on technical background while also having a proven track record in managing and motivating people. Your ability to have a self-starter attitude, strong problem-solving skill & experience, negotiating and presentation skills, and a commitment to excellence will be critical to your success.

_Expectations for the Role:_

+ Have a solid understanding of continuous integration, deployment, and operations concepts

+ Develop and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management

+ Working independently in formulating innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes, and systems

+ Be comfortable for managing an innovation team

+ Have prior experience in managing teams at Onshore and Offshore

+ Understand license renewal, ability for cost estimation for hardware, software and license

+ Proven understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures and algorithms
