    What you can expect:

    Zoom’s Business Applications team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our dynamic New Service Introduction (NSI) team. This position will partner with Zoom’s Product Managers to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams, driving solutions to improve Zoom’s customer adoption. The role seeks an experienced, driven self-starter with a 'can do' attitude to support NSI and Commerce Enablement initiatives.

    About the Team:

    The team focuses on NSI offer enablement, implementing system changes to introduce new products to direct, channel, and online markets. We work with product managers, operations, including sales, channel, finance, billing, and pricing teams across Zoom.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as an SME and advisor in processes for product Go-To-Market launches, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.

    + Partner with Product Managers, Sales Ops, Finance, and FP&A to understand needs and gather business requirements for system changes in Product Launches.

    + Collaborate with Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and actionable tasks in a dynamic, agile environment.

    + Work with the delivery team on development, manage testing activities, and perform post-launch monitoring.

    + Lead system and user acceptance testing, negotiate with business stakeholders, triage defects, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

    + Establish detailed project plans and deliverables while communicating status, risks, and issues to both technology and business leadership.

    What we’re looking for:

    + A BS in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent.

    + 12 to 15 years of experience analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting process flows and solution designs, and testing new functionality.

    + 8+ years of experience self-managing projects in fast-moving and dynamic environments, including developing project/sprint plans and reporting project status to executives.

    + Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to drive end-to-end solutions.

    + Functional experience in Order to Cash areas, including CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing, and License Provisioning.

    + Experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart.

    + Experience with systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zuora, and Oracle Financials.

    + Expertise in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes).

    **Job Description**

    **Duties and Responsibilities:**

    + Work closely with MI Project Management (PM) team to deliver high quality Synapse product solutions.

    + Act as lead technical resource for MI Implementation projects.

    + Specify and deploy third party hardware and software infrastructure.

    + vSphere products: ESXi, vCOPS, SRM.

    + Storage: FC infrastructure, disk array design, setup and deployment, storage protocols = FC, NFS, CIFS, DAS.

    + Disaster Recovery (DR) setup and validation: Backupexec, NAS or Tape media.

    + Plan and deploy Synapse MI solutions: Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, Synapse EIS, Synapse 3D, Synapse Mobility, Synapse VNA.

    + Complete "existing customer" projects.

    + Infrastructure hardware refreshes.

    + Date migrations.

    + General architecture changes and/or redeployment.

    + Integrate Synapse MI products with all third-party healthcare IT systems, e.g. dictation, EMR, Citrix, and EIS.

    + Adhere to rigorous internal project communication guidelines using tools provided.

    + Extensive documentation development.

    + Customer specific solution design documentation.

    + Best practice documentation.

    + Learn new Synapse and third-party products as they are released, often with limited training.

    + Participate in Subject Matter Expert (SME) program.

    + Adheres to the Company's quality and regulatory compliance requirements, without exception, and ensures that all job duties inherent in the position description are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

    + Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

    + Comply with and pass all requirements for vendor credentialing as part of gaining access tohospitals and facilities to perform assigned job duties.

    **Qualifications:**

    Experience:

    + 5-10 years’ experience in Healthcare Information Technology.

    + 5-10 years full time experience working with Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems (2008/2012/2016/Windows 10) in a technical capacity.

    Educational Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or Associates degree with significant on the-job experience in a hospital, Cardiology or Radiology setting in an senior technical or managerial role.

    Special Skills or Other Job Requirements:

    + Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

    + Thorough knowledge of PACS and Clinical Information Systems for Cardiology, Radiology, and related services including workflow.

    + Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery implementation.

    + Advanced systems design, architecture, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting skills.

    + Expert level knowledge in vSphere products - specifically ESXi and Site Recovery Manager.

    + Expert level knowledge in storage infrastructure design, deployment and troubleshooting.

    + Firm knowledge of overall network design and security.

    + Familiarity with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (DICOM, HL7, XML, etc.).

    **Physical Requirements:**

    The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed
