    Leading Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using Six Sigma principles and data driven decision making

    Providing real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators; in-house as well as the supply base.

    Developing and implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring

    Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes

    Qualifications You Must Have

    Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

    The Colleague Technology Systems Operations Engineer role is essential in supporting our colleagues with technologies that enhance their job performance, ultimately benefiting both internal and external customers. This position within the Colleague Technology Services department offers the opportunity to contribute to the enterprise's collaboration and productivity technology and end user strategy.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft M365 Systems Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting solutions within the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem, encompassing key platforms such as M365 Copilot, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. This role requires an individual who can independently learn, effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

    Qualifications:

    + · 5+ years and expert knowledge in many areas of the role’s technology focus including administrative support, monitoring, alerting, management, integration & migration, backup & disaster recovery, in a large, geographically distributed organization with multiple data centers.

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant certification.

    + Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including M365 Copilot, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and end users.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Platform Management: Administer and optimize key Microsoft platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft Copilot, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform.

    + Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

    + Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest M365 features, updates, and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate solutions.

    + Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for M365-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    + Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security and compliance policies within the M365 environment to protect organizational data.

    + Agile methodologies: Working within POD structure, through interactive development cycles, continuous improvement and focus on colleague feedback.

    + On-Call Support: Support for after hours through the week and weekends as part of an On-Call rotation.

    Pay Transparency

    The salary range for this position is $ 73,080 - $ 109,620 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
