Responsibilities
+ Preparation of entitlement documents, including applications, narratives, figures, land use and site plans, and landscape/open space concepts.

+ Prepare effective work plans and labor budgets for each project.
+ Identify the project team, work packages and tasks, evaluation methods, productivity targets, schedule of deliverables and manpower needed on projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
