Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be:
Working in our Manufacturing Command Center (MCC) using intelligent systems to drive the automated activities on the production floor.

Work in an office-based operations environment, multitasking up to 25 online manufacturing systems and data analysis, rather than physical hands-on operations of equipment.
Carrying personal mobile phones and data storage devices are strictly prohibited upon entry. All personal items must undergo X-ray inspection at entrance and exit screening for carrying prohibited items in protection of intellectual property of the company.
The work environment for this position is determined by the supervisor. While the position is primarily office-based at a computer workstation, it may require some works in a cleanroom environment in the Fab.

The Electrical Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting electrical systems for all power up to and including 230kV including Site Substations, Service Entry Sections, Electrical switchgear, Panelboards, Transformers, cabling systems, metering circuits, diesel generators, UPS, STS/PDU/RPP as well as motor connections, Motors and electrical controls.

Read and interpret technical repair manuals, operating guides, schematics, wiring diagrams, shop drawings, and codebooks.
Performs basic mathematical calculations, including minor algebra, to calculate electrical loads, power factors, horsepower, etc.
Prepares and maintains records, reports, parts lists, and work orders.
Operates diagnostic test equipment and interprets results.
Utilizes a variety of tools associated with electrical distribution systems
Create and perform detailed procedures from simple equipment maintenance to entire system shutdowns including all operations and actions takPerform routine and emergency service on state-of-the-art critical systems.
Ensure strict adherence to procedures, policies, and regulations for both self and thoAid in scheduling and managing vendors and subcontractors during equipment/systems maintenance and service. Perform equipment/system preventive maintenance.se working at the direction of this role.
Conducts a routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations. Performs tests, rounds, and analyzes data to assure the proper functioning of departmental equipment.
Monitors operation of the mechanical / electrical operating equipment.
Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
Wire single and three phase motors; Megger single and 3 phase motors, run conduit; pull wiring to machinery, motors, operating parts, etc. assist other trades and operators with major repairs and maintenance of building and equipment.

The voltage and potential fault energy levels of medium and high voltage wiring systems pose significant safety hazards. In addition to electric shock and arc-flash burn hazards, blunt force and projectile injuries are also possible due to arc-blast hazard. Personnel must always be trained to recognize the hazards associated with the specific class of system voltage they will be working with and understand how to mitigate those hazards through safe work practices .

Responsibilities:
The Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting facility PLC and SCADA systems. This includes calibration of system instrumentation field devices, management of PLC control panels, ladder logic, field instrumentation loops, network communications, alarm management and SCADA system.
Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace, Performs all work in a safe manner.
Tracks and trends operation of Instrumentation systems.
Maintain calibration logs for all measurement devices.
Provides weekly/monthly reports and trends.
Monitors network traffic to proactively identify issues.
Works with System Engineer to ensure control loops are tuned to meet specification.
Maintenance and Operations support of PLC/SCADA and DDC automation systems.
Maintains calibration of measurement systems as required by CMMS PM scheduling system.
Responds to Instrumentation issues to support continuous factory operations.
Monitors Instrumentation systems for potential problems (or existing problems) and formulates solutions to the System Engineer for appropriate action.
Maintains backup database for all logic.

Knowledge and Personal skills:
Safety awareness/knowledge/training when working with I&C and low voltage electrical systems.

Minimum 5 years I&C experience in Industrial environment, semiconductor experience preferred
Working knowledge or RSLogix 5000.
Ability to effectively use one or more of the following when troubleshooting control systems: instrumentation loop drawings, electrical diagrams and P&ID diagrams.
Perform instrumentation calibration for typical field instrumentation: Level, Temperature, pH (Analytical), Flow, Pressure transmitters, control valves and positioners.
Demonstrate knowledge of PID controllers, final control elements and Variable Frequency Drives. Ability to tune PID controllers.
Working knowledge with two or more of the following: Building DDC controls, SCADA control systems, PLC based control systems and DCS control systems.
Working knowledge with HMI Operator interfaces.
Working knowledge with instrumentation calibration equipment and procedures. VOM meter, temperature baths, instrument loop calibrators/simulators, pneumatic test equipment and gauges.
Computer literate with Windows applications and maintenance CMMS packages.
ISA certification desirable.

The Gas/Chemical Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Chemical/Gas/Slurry distribution systems and equipment.
Must accurately and reliably follow standard operating procedures for troubleshooting chemical and gas distribution systems, perform laboratory testing, and complete chemical and gas container change outs.
Read and measure plant operating parameters to determine process changes required to maintain operations within specifications.
Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace.
Performs rounds and readings of gas/chemical distribution equipment.
Performs Gas/Chemical container change outs to ensure constant flow to factory tools.
Operates and controls gas/chemical distribution systems.
Ensures equipment is operating within controls/specifications.
Makes recipe adjustments to ensure correct gas/chemical concentrations are blended for factory tools.
Sets up and adjusts indicating and controlling devices, for example gas/chemical analyzers, temperature indicators and pressure/flow controlling devices, or gauging instruments to facilitate simultaneous analysis and control of process conditions.
Observes gauges, signals, and recording instruments, turns valves, and moves controls to regulate temperatures, pressures, and flow of steam.
Performs preventive maintenance procedures at specified intervals to keep process equipment clean, and performing at optimum levels.
Performs diagnostic and troubleshooting practices to determine root cause and corrective actions needed to maintain systems operation within specifications.
Performs emergency and corrective maintenance actions to repair damaged equipment or correct out of specification conditions.
Draws samples of product at specified stages of operation and performs pH, gas/chemical analyses, or other standard tests to determine if material concentration or quality is within factory specifications.
Maintains log of gauge readings, shift throughput, and equipment malfunctions.
Patrols area to inspect equipment for leaks and hazards and to record tank levels and gauge readings.
Ensures processing conditions and process output are within regulatory limits.
Responsible for correcting conditions and alerting management of discrepancies
Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of equipment systems are met, and equipment operations, repairs, modifications, and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements.

Responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Ultrapure Water, Process Cooling Water and Industrial Waste treatment systems & equipment. The Water Technician must accurately and reliably follow standard operating procedures for chemical reactions, perform laboratory testing, and complete correlations of process instrumentation. They will read and measure plant operating parameters to determine process changes required to maintain operations within specifications.
Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace.
Starts automatic feed of solid and liquid materials through equipment units, including heating and cooling vessels, mixing tanks, ion exchange beds, and filter presses.
Operates and controls pumping systems, pH controls, heat exchanger bulk chemical systems and filtration equipment.
Adjusts controls to regulate feed of liquids and gases through equipment in specified timing and sequence, or starts automatic feed.
Sets up and adjusts indicating and controlling devices, for example gas analyzers, temperature and flow controlling devices, or gauging instruments to facilitate simultaneous analysis and control of process conditions.
Observes gauges, signals, and recording instruments, turns valves, and moves controls to regulate temperatures, pressures, and flow of steam, coolant, and chemical constituents through system to effect prescribed reaction within critical limits.
Performs preventive maintenance procedures at specified intervals to keep process equipment clean, and performing at optimum levels.
Performs diagnostic and troubleshooting practices to determine root cause and corrective actions needed to maintain systems operation within specifications.
Performs emergency and corrective maintenance actions to repair damaged equipment or correct out of specification conditions.
Draws samples of product at specified stages of operation and performs temperature, pH, gas-analyses, or other standard tests to determine if reaction process is proceeding efficiently and in conformity with plant standards.
Observes color or consistency of product through sight glasses, and correlates observations with test results, laboratory analyses, and instrument readings to facilitate regulation of process and production of standardized output.
