Responsibilities The Licensed Practical Nurse - Telehealth Clinical Technician (LPN/TCT) will provide clinical and technical support to patients receiving care via telemedicine, teleconsultation, tele-education services. The LPN/TCT functions as a Clinical Video Tele-presenter and a certified Store and Forward Telehealth Imager. The LPN/TCT is accountable for adhering to established policies, procedures, standards of care and standards of practice and for maintaining competencies consistence with role and responsibilities. The LPN/TCT works independently, under the supervision of a registered nurse requiring minimal guidance and direction. Completed work needs only a general review by a registered nurse for technical soundness, appropriateness and conformity to policy and accepted nursing standards.
