**Summary**
Responsible for various office and field activities associated with the commercial service offerings supported by the department. These offerings include dark fiber licensing and wireless co-locations but could expand in the future. In addition, this role would look at optimization of existing offerings while evaluating additional opportunities that utilize existing SRP assets to generate and sustain revenue.
**What You'll Do**
+ Manages a safe work environment in the office and in the field promoting a strong priority, focus and commitment to safety.
+ Responsible for standard SRP managerial tasks such as hiring, performance reviews, positive discipline, coaching and recognition.
+ Responsible for department Capital and O&M budgets along with workload and resource plans associated with SRP's fiscal planning process.
+ Accountable for revenue performance.
+ Negotiates strategic master agreements with telecommunications carrier customers representing multi-million dollar revenue, capital and O&M commitments. Directs internal and external legal counsel, risk management, and other functions, in preparing contract terms.
+ Responsible for business plans, including preparing, or commission the preparation of, business activity and financial forecasts, market analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), objectives and strategies.
+ Responsible to external SRP Telecom Commercial Services customers in support of services offered and provided.
+ Conducts new business development activity, typically with management representatives of potential customers.
+ Represents SRP telecommunication interests to the industry, governmental regulatory agencies, foreign utilities, municipalities, and local community.
+ Supports a culture with a strong commitment to customer service.
+ Manages transportation resources to support field and office requirements.
**What It Takes To Succeed**
The following are desired for this position:
+ A commitment and strong knowledge of safety practices.
+ Telecommunication systems knowledge and experience related to power utilities. Particularly around dark fiber and wireless co-locations.
+ Project management, work management and resource management best practice knowledge and experience.
+ Regulatory compliance knowledge and experience associated with telecommunications related to the FCC or other applicable agencies.
+ Experience leading diverse teams in achieving common goals and objectives.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to manage conflict and negotiate through conflicting interests and objectives between customers, internal SRP groups, and external stakeholders and agencies.
+ Ability to take initiative, follow through, and achieve results with limited guidance.
+ Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
**Experience**
A minimum of eight years of related experience is required (if no degree, 12 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling 12 years).
**Education**
A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
**Hybrid Workplace**
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.

**Job Title:** Dispatcher I
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Take client service calls and open jobs as needed following all proper procedures.
+ Check all work orders for proper addressing, labor hours charged, all numbers, dates, et., before work orders are given to billing.
+ Schedule the calls along with all previously scheduled work.
+ Dispatch techs on previously scheduled maintenance and service calls.
+ Verify times and job status (complete, open). Create job number and job file. Dispatch both emergency and scheduled work.
+ Order filters for monthly maintenance as needed for technician/driver pick up.
+ Research as needed on whether a job is a warranty call or not. This may involve the Project Manager or accounting’s assistance in pulling invoices. Research may include checking on vendor invoices and relevant service ticket information.
+ Keep necessary job logs and file paperwork in conjunction with the Purchasing Agent.
+ Assist new technicians in employment policies and procedures as they relate to dispatch.
+ Assist other dispatchers by handling phone/radio overflow when necessary. Cover during lunch time and sick and/or vacation leave.
+ In the event of a technician’s injury or accident, have employee notify Human Resources immediately and re-schedule workflow as needed.
+ Take problem/complaint calls and handle appropriately or direct to Branch Manager.
+ Take calls for billing/invoice questions and direct to proper personnel.
+ When necessary, advise sales department of major clients’ service calls.
+ Timesheets: Route completed original timecard to HR/Payroll clerk with work order numbers and prevailing wage rates (if applicable).
+ Enter tech’s time into Coins.
+ Enter materials, truck charges, recommended repairs, and the work summary from the work ticket. Research material costs, if necessary.
+ Complete service work order and print the “pre-invoice” for Branch Manager’s review.
+ Keep tracking sheet for date of requests and receipt of reports.
+ Maintain certified payroll report files for each job.
**Job Specifications** (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

About the Position
The Police Dispatcher, Intermediate coordinates, and relays radio messages to campus law enforcement to detect and deter criminal or suspicious activity, as well as monitors and supports communications between various campus operational units and community public safety units. The successful candidate will prepare accurate and detailed reports to document incidents on campus. Police Dispatchers also receive public safety-related information in numerous formats, such as in-person, telephone, 911, and alarm panels, and dispatches proper resources.
Responsibilities Include60% - Execution of dispatcher activities and communications
• Answers 9-1-1 calls.
• Collects and applies information from caller regarding the located and detailed emergency circumstances while creating a call for police services.
• Dispatches radio, telephone, and written orders via radio and computer.
• Operates police radio and maintains constant contact with mobile units by radio and computer.
• Monitors fire and intrusion alarm systems and dispatches appropriate personnel.
• Operates a Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD).
• Monitor campus wide building access control systems.
• Coordinates public safety communications between various campus operational units and community public safety units.
• Issue emergency text/push alerts to the community as required by the Clery Act.15% - Administrative duties
• Maintains record keeping systems to ensure proper documentation for all campus-related dispatches.
• Compiles and prepares daily reports on law enforcement and public safety communication activities for department management.
• Enters, clears, and confirms warrants through Arizona Criminal Justice Information Systems (ACJIS).
• Operate a Records Management System (RMS).
• Assist with data entry as assigned.
• Receives various information for referral to department officials.10% - Front Office Duties and Customer Service
• Represents NAUPD as the first contact and provides superior customer service to our community.
• Take requests for service from the public and secure the necessary information for appropriate action.
• Assist all Police Department walk in traffic.

The Fleet Manager is responsible for dispatching loads to our customers.
A Day in the life of a Fleet Dispatcher:
+ Promote safety in all actions
+ Control and complete paperwork as required
+ Safely plan driver trips around load/customer expectations and safety guidelines
+ Communicate with drivers regarding company and customer requirements
+ Relay to customer service any issues that need to be relayed to the customer
+ Assisting the drivers in planning routes and building loads
+ Prioritize loads for timely delivery
+ Track and trace all current loads in transit and deliveries
+ Assign loads to drivers in a fair and equitable manner
+ Assisting the drivers with planning for the safe and timely transit of fuel by helping them maintaining legal hours of service/ELD logs throughout their trip to destination
+ Communicate with drivers during check-ins throughout pickup, transit, and delivery
+ Monitor store inventories
+ Put a friendly, professional face forward when dealing with not only the drivers, but customer service and all support staff
+ Communicate with CSC Manager, Asst. CSC Manager, and Customer Service Reps as required
+ Comply with all corporate policies and procedures and all health and safety policies

Seeking fulltime (40 hours week) dispatcher for evening shift at Sonora Quest Labs where you'll do good work on bahalf of better health.
**POSITION SUMMARY**
The dispatcher coordinates the schedules and activities of the couriers, multi-route drivers, and hospital messengers. The dispatcher must be familiar with all courier and hospital routes; local and statewide. Responsible for client requests for will call service and communicating with logistics staff for these requests. He/she must be able to effectively communicate with clients to record STAT testing and patient information. Timely dispatching of STAT calls to 3rd party vendors. Sorts and distributes Cytology and Pathology reports. Dispatchers shall be responsible for the control of company assets. The dispatcher often has to research and resolve pickup problems. Evening dispatchers will do nightly closing and backup on the computerized dispatch program.
**CORE FUNCTIONS**
1. Communicates with internal and external customers, couriers, hospital messengers and 3rd party vendors by radio, telephone and computer. Records and dispatches all requests for pick up and deliveries; locally and statewide. Enters all pickup and delivery information into computerized dispatch system, including test type, patient name and client information. Must be able to enter information accurately. Responsible for updating the dispatch system database and route information.
2. Responds to questions and resolves service issues such as complaints, missed pick-ups, missing supplies, late STAT pick-ups, etc.
3. Sorts and distributes test results, test update information, interoffice mail, and supplies. Orders courier supplies and maintains the courier room. Responsible for control of company assets (vehicle keys, radios, and mobile data devices)
4. Collects and organizes information for special reports and projects. Prints and reconciles daily will call logs.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone.
+ Knowledge of and ability to operate a personal computer.
