The Warranty Warehouse & Dispatch Manager is responsible for all facets of maintaining and operating our warranty parts warehouse in the local market as well as acts a warranty call dispatcher for the immediate area surrounding the warehouse location. + Daily operation & organization of our warranty parts warehouse
+ Responsible for ordering and maintaining accurate inventory of products in the warranty parts warehouse.
+ Responsible for receiving all inbound deliveries
+ Dispatch of warranty service calls to local warranty centers for repair
+ Maintain accurate log of dispatched calls and proactively communicate to the parties involved daily to maintain a high level of customer service.
+ Communicate daily with local Service Manager & sales reps to ensure customers are being addressed
+ Proactively alert Service Manager of any gaps in warranty coverage so that they can look for and fill those coverage gaps in the territory

+ Communicates job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
+ Takes responsibility for day to day scheduling, counseling and evaluation reports to local management.
+ Conducts on-the-scene accident investigation; assists drivers in preparing accident reports, OSHA
reports and safety violations documents.
+ Observes drivers on the road, and corrects safety problems on the scene while documenting violations.
+ Liaisons between drivers and both clients and organization in customer service issues.
+ Evaluates and monitors driver safety and performance, as well as compliance in legal, employment and
labor policy matters.
+ Assists in dispatching, driving, interviewing, and miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
+ Meets all driver qualifications at location.
+ Obtains a CDL required to operate vehicles at location, maintains that license, and drives route
periodically.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
To qualify as a Road/Dispatch Supervisor, you’ll need:
+ A High School Diploma or GED
+ Supervisory experience with hourly employees, mass transit supervisory experience preferred.
+ Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Familiar with basic vehicle mechanical processes and maintenance
+ Excellent verbal, written and relational communication skills, with ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels including drivers, customers, senior management, client representatives, union officials and general public; fluent in English
+ Work extended hours regularly, including Saturday
+ Possess working vehicle to travel with in service area as needed
