POSITION SUMMARY:
The Concrete Foreman supervises, schedules, and coordinates the work of concrete crews.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees the project/work site, ensuring safety standards are followed and quality work is being performed in a timely manner
Determines project requirements and procedures, and the required materials and workers, based on given project specifications
Performs daily walkthroughs of project/work site to confirm availability and use of proper materials and tools; recognizes and promptly addresses issues so that work can continue on schedule
Resolves problems and coordinates activities for the job through collaboration and communication with other management or technical staff and contractors
Conducts audits and quality assurance tests of work and safety matters

The Finish Blade Operator is a skilled position that is responsible for operating a self-propelled grade to spread and level dirt, gravel and stone to grade specifications in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA safe practices. Projects are located throughout the Greater Phoenix Valley.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate blade on roadway/civil projects using GPS and free hand
Make normal adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade and finished cross section of material per plans
Safely and properly operate blade
Inspect, maintain, and operate designated heavy equipment

**Archer Western Construction** is currently seeking a **Concrete Finisher** for the **Estrella Parkway, Pebble Creek Parkway and I-10 Interchange** , in **Goodyear, AZ** .
The Concrete Finisher's primary function is to smooth and finish surfaces of recently poured concrete to specified quality and textures with the use of hand and/or power tools.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Levels and smoothes edges and finishing surfaces of concrete structures
+ Repairs rough or defective areas within concrete surfaces, including the application of cementitious products such as cement, sand and other pigments
+ Grouts and plugs on surfaces, including dry packaging; and can chip to prepare the finished concrete product
+ Can install and finish epoxy compounds on concrete surfaces using hand / power tools
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 3-5 Years Verifiable Experience Preferred
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
+ Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
+ Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
+ Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods

Job Description
The Installer is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of all our products at the job site according to our procedures and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Remodel the wet space of the bathroom, according to the Scope of Work, by using trade skills such as plumbing, trim carpentry and drywall repair.
+ Adhere to all company installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.
+ Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
+ Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean.
+ Always wear our uniform on the job, observing rules of good grooming and hygiene.
+ Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations.
+ Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.
+ Take inventory of the installation trailer and keep it stocked with all necessary tools and job components.
+ Collect final payment from each customer and ensure the project is completed defect free.
Qualifications
+ Possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education.
+ Possess 3+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & square.
+ Must have a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt to unforeseen project issues.
+ Valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
+ Installers are responsible for their own power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.).
+ Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
+ Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
