ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION SUMMARY:The Concrete Laborer is responsible for supporting the concrete crews in completing various construction tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring our projects are built on-time and ahead of schedule!

The Finish Blade Operator is a skilled position that is responsible for operating a self-propelled grade to spread and level dirt, gravel and stone to grade specifications in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA safe practices. Projects are located throughout the Greater Phoenix Valley.

Operate blade on roadway/civil projects using GPS and free hand
Make normal adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade and finished cross section of material per plans

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Concrete Foreman supervises, schedules, and coordinates the work of concrete crews.

Primary Function of Position
This position is responsible for data collection, analysis, development, and coordination of all assigned tasks activities and projects relating to inventory control. This role will be to support Sales, Distribution, Customer Service, Planning, and Warehouse Operations while managing material accuracies. * Maintain documented procedures to define Finished Goods Inventory Control roles and responsibilities
* Maintain data compliant with SOX and regulatory controls, including records for timeliness and accuracy of Inventory, Receiving, and Shipping
* Capacity management and investigation of workloads, identification and elimination of waste in all Warehouse operations
* Provide vision and direction to the workgroup and drive training to Lean Material flow practices
* Collaborate to maintain optimal inventory levels in of commodities and finished goods to meet customer requirements
* Ensure that company procedures, including SOX and FDA requirements, are followed
* Implement Short-Term Problem Containment and Long-Term Corrective Action for Shortages and Missed Shipments
* Drive continuous improvement of current systems and processes and work closely with production planning and management to optimize the value stream opportunities
* Assist business partners with the development of corrective action plans to mitigate weaknesses; providing guidance on the appropriateness of the plans.
* Drive or assist with ad-hoc and special projects as needed.
* Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities in coordination with cycle counters.
* Utilize root cause analysis to maintain KPI's and metrics and escalate to management as needed
