    To be a successful candidate for this position, you must understand, most of your time will be spent on your feet working with industrial equipment. Duties include pot washing and general housekeeping of the work area and assisting in cleaning greenhouse spaces that get up to 90° F and other activities related to crops and greenhouses. This position will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate supervision. Provide support for the Bayer Safety program by adhering to all safety policies and attendance at regular company sponsored safety meetings.     The Finish Blade Operator is a skilled position that is responsible for operating a self-propelled grade to spread and level dirt, gravel and stone to grade specifications in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA safe practices. Projects are located throughout the Greater Phoenix Valley.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Operate blade on roadway/civil projects using GPS and free hand
    Make normal adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade and finished cross section of material per plans
    Safely and properly operate blade
    Inspect, maintain, and operate designated heavy equipment

    THE ROLE

    The Finishing Operator is responsible to convert master sheets to panels or sheets according to production work orders. The operator will be required to operate automated or semi-automated cutting equipment and inspect the product for conformance to customer and industry specifications.
