    **Summary**

    Responsibilities include the skills to develop procedures that are technically correct and utilize human factoring while incorporating industry best practices. Performs office and/or field technical work and recommends action on plans and procedures. Work involves the application of technical writing knowledge gained through training and experience. Judgment in the execution of assignments is critical. Specific tasks will vary by department and division.

    **What You'll Do**

    + Supports multiple departments in technical writing expertise for the development and maintenance of procedures.

    + Assists in the preparation and analysis of reports and presentations.

    + Project leader for projects, scheduling procedure audits and field surveillance visits.

    + Primarily responsible for procedure writing and coordination of other SRP groups efforts.

    + Provides technical assistance on special projects as required by supervision.

    **What It Takes To Succeed**

    + Excellent proofreading and editing skills required.

    + Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus.

    + Saviynt experience a plus.

    + Proficiency in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) preferred.

    + Adobe FrameMaker experience a plus.

    **Experience**

    + Individual with a Procedure Professionals Association (PPA) Writer's certification preferred.

    + Minimum 6 years of related experience required. Promotions are determined by demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by management.

    College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
