**Job Description Summary**

Responsible for the accurate and timely sampling, testing, shipping and storage of plasma collected from donors.

**Job Description**

1 In compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), responsible for collecting plasma samples and moving plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.

2 Ensures plasma units are properly stored according to SOPs, which could include unsuitable plasma units and samples.

3 Ensures accuracy of unit labeling by verifying the pre-printed label matches the dynamic label.

4 Utilizes sterile technique to draw samples and uses heat sealer to assure the sterility and quality of plasma unit samples per SOPs.

5 May ensure samples and units are packed and shipped in accordance with SOPs and center procedures. Prepares shipping and unit disposal documentation.

6 Monitors freezer and refrigerator temperatures and immediately informs appropriate personnel if equipment is not functioning properly. Records variances.

7 Conducts daily calibration of equipment according to SOPs.

8 Ensures the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.

9 Understands the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.

10 Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions.

11 Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.

12 May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.

13 Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.

14 Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.

Summary This Maintenance Mechanic position is at the full performance level located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration at the Tucson, VA Medical Center (SAVAHCS) in the Engineering Services Department. Working under the direct supervision of the Area Maintenance Supervisor, this position requires advanced carpentry skills and certification of credited locksmithing. Responsibilities This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until August 28, 2025. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be June 11, 2025, with subsequent cut-off dates on the 1st of each month. Eligible applications received after that date will be referred at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur on an as-needed basis until positions are filled. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Install and repair a variety of commercially manufactured locking devices, including combination locks which are typically installed i.e., security units as safes, vaults, cabinets and chests. Set up coding systems involving varying types of locks and keyways. Utilize arithmetic in setting up a coding system and selecting the correct size of pins. Troubleshoot lockouts in mechanical security system to determine which components are malfunctioning. Interpret technical manuals and specifications when testing and repairing locking mechanisms. Fabricate parts when they are not available in the shops stock, reshapes parts by grinding and filing. Solve problems that require decisions when modifying and reworking locking devices for special security objective. Improvise and apply advanced neutralization techniques. The operating engineer will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment.

Responsibilities

+ This person will be responsible for but, not limited to operating the boiler and chilled water plants, and maintaining temperatures throughout the building.

+ They will take water samples of boiler, loop, and cooling tower systems and treat the water to maintain predetermined levels of chemical concentration.

+ Responsibilities will also include operating various equipments, maintaining domestic hot and cold water systems, and observing various electrical switchgear to ensure proper operation.

+ This person will be called upon to make repairs to guest room and public spaces as necessary including but not limited to kitchen, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.

**Job Description**

As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the layout, repair, modification, and preventative maintenance of a wide variety of manufacturing machinery. You will work to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with machinery in a timely manner.

About the floating maintenance technician position:

We’re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.

+ Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.

+ Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.

+ Perform various proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator and more.

**Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues within conveyor systems and other warehouse machinery. You will provide daily maintenance of conveyor systems, MHE batteries, and battery stations, including watering and upkeep. Additionally, you will support general housekeeping, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance of fire extinguishers, dock doors, dock levelers, and other miscellaneous general warehouse equipment. You will work closely with the maintenance staff to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
