    * Repair all types of equipment that Raymond West sells and services.
    * Update training and skills on a continuing basis.

    * Maintain a profitable billing level.

    Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment, but not limited to: lighting, pneumatic tube system, kitchen equipment, life safety devices, door hardware, HVAC temperature control, sterilizers and scope washers.Utilizes computers to perform Computer Maintenance Management Program (CMMP) to receive, track and close-out work orders.
