POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide process engineering technical expertise to our aseptic processing facilities in Technical & Production. In this role, the individual will teach, coach, assess, refine, implement, and support continuous improvement systems to enhance business objectives and operational performance. This may include developing processes and procedures for manufacturing and packaging, performing validation evaluations, and writing/executing validation protocols.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (will include but are not limited to):
+ Build Product & Process Mastership in our Factory and Technical Application Group (TAG) teams
+ Teach, coach and assess factory experts to build out their processing capabilities
+ Provide guidance and mentoring to TAG team members to increase their understanding and implications of the process on new product development
+ Partner with R&D & vendors to develop training content for our key processes
+ Optimize & improve the existing processes across our manufacturing landscape
+ Identify, organize, and conduct relevant process capability testing
+ Develop or refine the processing equipment standards and routines for existing equipment. Examples include user requirement specifications, principles of operation, basic condition, operational centerlines, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, maintenance, procedures for startup, shutdown, changeover etc. Teach, coach and assess to these standards and routines across our manufacturing network.
+ Ideate, assess and implement process-related continuous improvement opportunities that advance safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, hygiene, yield, cost savings, etc. in our factories.

+ Lead or support the commissioning, qualification and validation of new processing equipment/systems/lines for new or existing products.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
+ B.A. or B.S. Degree required. Prefer degree to be in Engineering or Operations related subject.
+ Hands on Experience with Continuous Improvement implementation or similar CI methodologies.

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Senior IT is responsible for serving as a key role in solving complex system problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation, utilizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology employed by Prime. This role, partnering with the business, IT and other project stakeholders, ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives by acting as the bridge between the Business Systems Analyst team, business stakeholders, development team and broader project team. The BSA Sr IT is also responsible for partnering with the business, IT and other project stakeholders to elicit, define, and document the requirements for changes to Prime’s claims systems **.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure understanding of business requirements and IT Business Requirement Specification acceptance criteria is successfully met prior to sign-off; identify and document system enhancement scope for assigned projects
+ Provide work plan and detailed estimate based on scope; drive scope management, prioritization and scope trade off discussions with project teams
+ Interview stakeholders to elicit and document complex business needs for modifications to Claims system applications, and define functional, high-level, and detailed system requirements for requested software changes
+ Actively engage in Claim systems solutioning discussions with project teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, approach, and system solution; obtain signoff of deliverables by all impacted parties
+ Lead solution design review discussions between IT resources and business requestors to resolve questions regarding requested software changes, and participate with Quality Assurance and UAT resources to review related test cases and/or scenarios
+ Lead complex projects where the project team may be faced with a high degree of ambiguity requiring the BSA to drive towards resolution
+ Provide order of magnitude estimates for intake of projects
+ Serve as subject matter expert and mentor for more junior members of Claims IT team
+ Drive activities to ensure team and system development processes are improving and evolving to respond to changing business needs

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
+ 5 years of functional system requirements analysis experience
