    Job Description

    Provides high-level administrative assistance to the NAU Yuma Dean/Campus Executive Officer in a confidential and discretionary manner. Provides employee support to the faculty and staff of NAU Yuma. Works with the Dean and department chairs to support the goals and objectives of NAU Yuma and coordinate campus activities with the library, student services, advising and IT. Supervises the front office staff and is responsible for hiring, firing, training, and evaluating these staff members. Administers faculty, staff, and student searches for NAU Yuma in compliance with state and university hiring practices and procedures.
