**Job Description**
The Assembly Operator is responsible for utilizing a variety of hand and power tools to perform advanced assembly operations of complex assemblies in accordance with quality and quantity standards. This role includes training employees in both basic and complex operations.

+ Perform all work in accordance with Standard Work outline.
+ Assemble car locks daily according to the hour-by-hour schedule.
+ Navigate through kits provided to assemble each build.
+ Perform all work in a safe manner, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

+ Dimensionally check and test production to ensure assembled output meets requirements per AQL standards.

+ Inform the Team Leader of any operating or material conditions that interfere with quality or quantity production, and take approved actions to resolve the problems.
+ Perform operator maintenance and operational checks on all departmental tools and equipment.

The Assembly Operator utilizes a variety of hand and power tools to perform advanced assembly operations of complex assemblies in accordance with quality and quantity standards. The role involves training employees in both basic and complex operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform all work in accordance with the Standard work outline.
+ Assemble car locks daily based on the hour-by-hour schedule.
+ Navigate through kits provided to assemble each build.
+ Perform all work safely, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
+ Follow specifications of inspections as noted.
+ Dimensionally check and test production to ensure assembled output meets requirements per AQL standards.
