What You Will Do

+ Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques.

+ Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials needed for assembly and repair.

+ Solder electronic components using industry-standard techniques and tools.

+ Remove suspect and failed components and install new components accurately.

+ Operate assembly machines and ensure proper functioning.

+ Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives according to safety and operational guidelines.

+ Read and interpret technical data including component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.

+ Communicate work status to team members and support staff, ensuring seamless workflow.

+ Document clear and concisely and maintain accurate records.

+ Utilize computer skills and office software applications.

+ 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 - 12:00 am

+ Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm for ~60 days.

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler assembles basic noncomplex electromechanical assemblies and assists in material handling. The individual works with the Manufacturing Division and Shipping/Receiving to ensure product is produced on time and according to specification.

JOB DUTIES:

+ Assembly of noncomplex electromechanical products per the documentation provided while being both productive, quality minded and safety conscience.

+ Assist in shipping and receiving activities which include validation of incoming parts and material as well as properly packaging outgoing products for safe delivery to the end customer.

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

+ Responsible for quality inspecting to ensure all assembled devices & cables meet company requirements as it’s being packaged and prepared for shipment.

+ Visually inspect the assembled devices, cables and labels to ensure they meet specifications and identify any defects.

+ Follow standard operating procedures to accurately package assembled materials as well as stacking the boxes to prepare for shipping, avoiding any damage while in route to the customer.

+ Make effective decisions to accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production Lead.

You have:

+ 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

**BASIC PURPOSE** : This position is responsible for supporting operations at the terminal by loading, unloading, storing, mixing and blending products.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Ensure compliance with operating procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations.

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for traveling to dealer and customer sites within their assigned territory (truck end users) to perform in service operations and maintenance training to ensure customers know how to operate our equipment in a proper and safe manner. **STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Associates Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related field.

+ 5 or more years of experience working in heavy truck or heavy equipment industries

+ Experience in troubleshooting heavy equipment including both hydraulic and electrical systems.

+ Experience troubleshooting J1939 CAN BUS systems and electrical systems using a digital multimeter

+ Experience training and mentoring other technicians.

**Pay Range:**

$63,500.00 - $101,700.00

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manufacturing/Production Technician Summary:

+ Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.

+ Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.

+ Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems

+ May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.

+ Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
